Recommended use:

My husband takes 2 capsules 3x a day and it has helped his atrial fibrillation with the taurine. This brand is better because it does not contain rice fillers that my husband is intolerant to. Wow this is the best supplement I have taken to lower my blood pressure. There is too much high blood pressure in my family gene and I have often heard that I need to take medicine soon, but I have always believed in trying the natural way first and I am not on medicine yet. description at least in my 36 years. My blood pressure went down from about 160 to 140. I also took Kyolic blood pressure support but I know for sure that it helped the most because my dad took it too and it also lowered his blood pressure. Remember to avoid coffee, as coffee eliminates the good effects of this product.

I read that hawthorn extract works better for blood pressure and hawthorn berry is more effective in lowering cholesterol. It’s also a diuretic that I learned the hard way. Many herbal supplements are diuretics. The price is reasonable as the health benefits of using it are worth it in my opinion.

Good quality and very affordable with fast shipping. Very effective in reducing high blood pressure. Doctors have been trying to control my high blood pressure for 3 months. I am currently on 3 medications and still have high blood pressure spikes. When they tried to add a 4th drug, enough was said!
