Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food.

250mg per capsule is probably one of the highest potency products money can buy. I’m going to take this with 1000mg of Vitamin C and “Life Extension” Tart Cherry – a combination that seems to work well for me. I won’t be able to quantify the effectiveness but the feel to me is just right. This simple cocktail of antioxidants is also relatively cheaper than some of those expensive products and I gladly share with everyone.
