Good price and quantity of capsules. Be sure to test it yourself. For some people it helps them sleep for others it doesn’t. Some take it in the morning and others before bedtime. In my opinion, you should combine it with NAC in the morning on an empty stomach, as it can affect your sleep quality. Glycine and N-acetylcysteine (NAC). Taken together, they act as precursors to glutathione, the body’s main antioxidant.

It’s a great addition to my diet, I took it just to try what it is because I’ve heard a lot about this amino acid and its benefits for the body. I took the supplement for a week except for the glycine I didn’t take anything else. To tell you the truth, I was pleasantly surprised, 5 minutes after taking it I felt a slight sedative effect, an improvement in attention and concentration, the pressure decreased, both systolic and diastolic.
