Since I found this brand of gluten supplements, it has made such a difference to any accidental gluten in the restaurant. I don’t know if it works if taken after a meal, but when taken before and during a meal, it seems to make a difference. Good quality enzyme, and I have purchased a number of bottles. Nothing to complain about the ingredients. I’ve heard some people talk about bloating, but I haven’t had any issues so far.

rarely eat gluten, but about once a month I crave foods that contain gluten. I take this pill and it reassures me. I still feel the symptoms that I would feel from eating gluten, but they are less than if I didn’t take this pill. I notice it helps my digestion when I eat gluten-containing foods. Yay! Seems to help with my wheat and gluten intolerance and my DDP-IV deficiency caused by exorphins. I take one capsule with my meals that contain gluten, although I try to eat fewer products that contain gluten or wheat. It’s easy on my stomach, no taste, small size so easy to swallow. My sleep is now less disturbed by bowel sounds and rumbling. This supplement contains the right enzymes to help with DPP-IV deficiency; Aspergillus oryzae and A. melleus!

Excellent product for the symptoms of gluten intolerance. My skin would seriously break out and I would have joint stiffness. Not with that 🙂 I recommended it to my niece who would have a terrible stomach ache after gluten and now she can have gluten without any real side effects. It’s wonderful to be able to have gluten sometimes in conjunction with Gluten Digest.

This product works for me. I don’t eat a lot of dairy products, but I like all kinds of cheeses and sour cream. For a small amount of dairy I only need 1 capsule first but if a larger serving I take 2 or 3. I have tried other products but this one is best suited to my needs.

take them when I doubt there has been gluten contamination in my food or preventively before the meal. Also, when my digestion is acting weird, but it’s not a distinctive gluten pain, because those contain other digestive enzymes as well. However, I don’t use them when I notice I’ve accidentally had soy or bread crumbles because GlutenEase is stronger in my opinion and I use that instead.
