   I read that it is good for the joints, I used it because recently I had discomfort in my feet when I wake up immediately which lasts 1-2 minutes. I tried for 1 week. I took one capsule daily. During this week, I slept almost all day. So I stopped it and went back to my normal activities, I don’t know if this happened to anyone else. But it didn’t suit me. It took very little time to tell whether it is effective or not.

   My second favorite vegetable glucosamine and a great buy. Good to have a 1g size so you don’t swallow 2-3 horse pill size tablets/capsules. If you are allergic to shellfish and/or if you are a vegetarian, they are perfect. Not vegan unfortunately as the capsules are gelatin.

   ordered for my mom. it didn’t hurt his stomach, it didn’t smell or taste bad. Next time I will order a bigger potency so she can take one pill a day, it would be easier for her.

   was just trying this product to see how well it worked for me, so I will buy it again. My job involves a lot of movement so the joints are healthy. Good quality product and ingredients. Parcel arrived in good condition.

   Very good and seems to work well, I feel better on this than the NOW one with MSM, the capsules are on the big side but ok to manage might be nicer if they could remove the magnesium stearate.

   take this one daily with MSM for joint pain. I think that helps. I don’t like chondroitin for some reason so I’m glad to find it this way.

   haven’t tried daily yet. only twice a month or when my joints or knee have loosened. for the moment it is effective has no aftertaste.

   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading about it. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   decided to buy it because glucosamine from seafood can trigger allergies. Ordered in April 2022, ‘Best By’ is listed as ’03/2024′. The bottle packaging is compact, but each capsule is 7/8 inches long, as shown in an image on the side of the bottle. Not tried yet. Giving 4* for now, and may change the review later.

    Ideal for people with weak knees. I love the NOW line of products because of their non-toxic ingredients. When you hit 50+ you need a little joint supplementation and it’s a great dosage at a very reasonable price. A good honest find
