This supplement seems to work better for my sleep than magnesium, and I started taking it only a few weeks ago. I take GABA 1/2 hour before bed and it helps calm my mind and relax my body. You need a very small amount of it, which makes it last for a while. The powder has no particular/strong taste and dissolves easily in water.

Absolutely awesome product. I use GABA every day before going to bed. The advantage of this package is a deep and calm sleep at night which improves our quality of life. It adapts to any diet for those who want to reduce their weight and for those who train their muscles in the gym wasting a lot of energy. This energy we can repay at night, but only when we have slept well. The composition of the ingredients is very simple Gamma-aminobutyric acid in powder form and that’s it. The size of the container is large enough that you won’t worry about running out. My recommendation is to use a quarter of a teaspoon of the powder mixed with water no more, otherwise you may experience dizziness or drowsiness or a headache. GABA has no noticeable taste and is easily drunk. I use it personally and recommend trying it.

I’ve been using it for 2 years now and have to say it was a great find for those anxious times. I started with the capsules (750mg) but reading on the internet found it was more effective and instantaneous if put under the tongue for a few minutes until absorbed. In a few minutes the feeling of anxiety (disappears). In addition, the powder is cheaper (obviously you need a precision caliper that costs little)

I had disturbed and poor quality sleep for months. By taking GABA, I can now sleep soundly. It means that I feel better in general. Another benefit is that I no longer stuff myself with high sugar foods as my poor body is trying to give me more energy. So my weight stopped increasing. I went back to the gym and I exercise. The quality is excellent and the bottle size is excellent – it will last me a long time. I take 1/4 dose between dinner and bedtime, and again at bedtime. It worked from the first night. The taste is good – I mix it with herbal tea.

this GABA powder works great for calming the nervous system when taken in small amounts dissolved under the tongue. Be careful not to take too much though, as it is very effective at depressing the CNS and it is very scary when your breathing slows down too much and your extremities start to feel too heavy to move. Believe me I tried once by accident, it won’t happen again

I have been taking NOW GABA pure powder for quite a while now. This has been my favorite brand for gaba because of the quality of the product you get at an affordable price. like that it is a quality supplement packaged as a single ingredient, there is nothing else added if you read the composition formula. I dissolve it in water and quickly swallow it. Remember to rinse your mouth out later as there is a slight aftertaste. It helps calm my nerves but not so much for sleeping. I have found that my insomnia is more due to tight shoulders, so self-massage to relax those muscles works best for me. Do not hesitate to like me if you find my opinion useful.
