   Gaba was a miracle, he helped relieve my daughter’s anxiety and kept her calm. The taste is ok which is a plus. The quality of this product and the quantity were excellent. I wish the tablets were a bit smaller, but I can’t have it all. I’ve heard people complaining about constipation and upset stomach with gaba but we didn’t experience any of that, thanks. Gaba has helped my daughter clam but my advice is important to contact your care provider before giving your child gaba as a dosage and either your child is low in gaba needs to be evaluated.

   I felt that this product actually helped me keep my muscles less stiff and it improved spasticity in my legs and reduced restless leg syndrome at night. The flavor was ok, but I found the lid on top let damp air in in the summer and the chewables were a bit affected by the humidity.

   I’ve been using it for a while and waited for a review to share my feedback. Already ordered another bottle. I take 1 chewable tablet (250mg) once a day around 1pm on an empty stomach with the main purpose of providing extra nourishment to my neurons. I see the difference – I’m more focused, I work longer and I get tired later, when I wake up my head is clear. I have also noticed that my migraine attacks last a little less than before. I recommend this form of GABA – in chewable tablets.

   ordered these tablets for my parents (both over 60). The tablets are chewable, which my parents didn’t like. I tried one too – it has an unpleasant sweet taste and it gave me goosebumps when chewing (like you’re chewing chalk). My mother found these chewable tablets not strong enough (500 mg of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid). She took 2 tablets a day – once or twice a day. She felt no change in her energy level. This eased his nervous tension slightly, but not significantly. I don’t think it had anything to do with the quality of the product – we used to order a lot of “now foods” and every product was fine. Maybe 1000mg a day wasn’t enough, and she should have taken 2000 a day for better result, I’m not sure. We ordered GABA again but this time the 750mg vegetarian capsules. I hope it will have a stronger effect.

   give it to my son before he goes to school. He is quite picky but these worked for him. The flavor is good. I think his focus improved once he started taking this. I was specifically looking for chewables and this is a rare find.

   GABA is very useful for anxiety, talkativeness, especially for women with mood swings and irritability due to hormonal changes. But like all supplements, you have to start with small amounts and then increase. Taking a larger amount the first time can make you nauseous if your body doesn’t need as much. But it’s definitely worth a try. The quality is excellent with well chosen ingredients. The packaging is very clean and easy to open.

   These chewable GABA tablets from Now Foods taste quite tart. They make my mouth pucker up a bit. Love the orange flavor. The tablets are on the long side. I take GABA Neurotransmitter Support as a sunny supplement. Nowadays, it is essential. They seem to work. Now Foods ingredients are of high quality. I love the flip cap design.

   High quality! Good size! Candy taste. One pill before bedtime, plus a few melatonins and you sleep like a baby. And also a good benefit is to calm the nerves. And also this bottle is enough for 3 months. The package arrived very quickly, even Ecosupplements wrote that it would be delayed. I am very satisfied with these gaba pills, they are my favorite.

    feel confident in the NOW brand because I researched the company as a health food store consultant. I was facing a very stressful event in my life and I have an overactive nervous system which can make it difficult to calm down and rest. I decided to try this premium GABA chew to see if it would help. I chewed two large, great tasting tablets before bed and let the chewed mixture sit under my tongue for about 30 seconds and then swallowed. In about 5-10 minutes, I was able to feel a soothing sensation in my extremities, muscles, and a sense of peace. Some people have energy but for me it’s my thing to calm my hyper nervous system. I overcame the stressful event in my life, but incorporated NOW GABA tablets into my pre-sleep routine so that I slept calmer and deeper. GABA is normally very difficult for the body to absorb. But the NOW brand chewable GABA seems to be well absorbed by my body.
