Buy this for me. I tried minerals for the first time. No issues taking this, but I’m not sure what it does… Still, I buy from Now Foods for my other supplements.

This mineral supplement is perfect if you want to supplement the main minerals without overdoing it. This product has a good bioavailable form of calcium and is balanced 1:1 with magnesium. It does not contain iron, which is good because too much iron in the body is toxic and causes inflammation. The capsules are not big but if you have trouble swallowing the capsules you can also open the capsules and mix the mineral powder with a glass of water, milk or fruit juice.
