   really like the richness of the product – the smell is amazing and it’s really high quality. Packaging and delivery impeccable as always. I use a few drops for the steam room or sauna. I really like using it because it calms and relaxes me and makes me feel less stressed. The product is really value for money.

   The smell or scent of the essential oil is very natural which soothes and relaxes my daughter when she is cold. Mix spearmint essential oil with coconut oil and rub on the chest for help when cold. The packaging was surprisingly well done when the product was delivered.

   The scent is refreshing and the size is great! This natural essential oil is different from the usual peppermint and is less strong. This makes it perfect to use when you want something minty but too strong. It has an obvious cooling effect and I have tried using it in the shower to give me a spa experience, wonderful! Like if you like!

   Benefits Used in aromatherapy, spearmint essential oil is said to help reduce nasal congestion caused by excessive buildup of phlegm and mucus in the nose and throat, thus promoting easier breathing. It has a revitalizing and energizing action on the body working to improve mood, concentration and energizing the skin. The scent is strong but with lavender and lemon it’s amazing.    Uses: as a diffuser, home spray, addition to shampoos, repels insects. Main ingredients: pure spearmint. Color: no color. Smell: strong smell of spearmint. Size & Packaging: 30ml in a dark colored bottle with a twist and squeeze cap. WHY GREAT: Really strong spearmint scent, good for home spray to eliminate odors.

   Now essential oils are the best for quality and price. This is the only brand I use for my homemade natural products. They have pleasant fragrances, true to their nature, and a few drops are enough. Use it to freshen up your home, add to shampoo, or create your own uses. Now’s essential oils are the best I’ve found. Try them! You will not be disappointed.

   This little bottle of spearmint essential oil packs a punch! I love diffusing this refreshing scent in my house because it lifts my spirits and makes my house smell delicious. The scent is subtle – not energizing at all. I use 3-5 drops in my 100ml diffuser and let it flow. My family also appreciates the natural fragrance of this oil.

   Do NOT apply these spearmint essential oils directly to your skin as it may cause severe irritation. Instead, mix it with a carrier oil like extra virgin olive oil. I prefer to use mine based on 5 parts Essential Oils with 5 parts virgin coconut oil. Apply a few drops here and there and massage it into your body or around your neck to feel the gentle cooling and fragrant effects. Avoid touching your eyes and “down” LOL if you don’t want to get “burned” LOL.

   NOW’s Spearmint Oil smells great! The bottle is dark which protects the oil, and the cap is easy to open/close, yet sturdy. Also, even though the bottle is only 1oz, the oil lasts as only a small amount is needed as it needs to be mixed with a carrier oil. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase!

    I use it to make my own hand soap. This spearmint has a pleasant sweet mint scent. The oil is quite potent and I don’t need to use a ton of it to smell it in my hand soap, so this size bottle lasts me a while. Good quality product. The smell has not changed or disappeared after a year.
