It is also effective in improving the quality of sleep. My granddaughter sleeps well when I put peppermint in a diffuser in her room, very fresh scent. It also helps in his nasal congestion. In massage, I mix with Now Foods Almond Oil to relieve fatigue, muscle tension and flatulence. My son uses it on his sore muscles after a football game. I have no problem with the soothing scent of the essential oil (helps me feel better by inhaling it when I have a headache or a cold). The size (118 ml will benefit me for six months), comes in a beautiful packaging and the natural ingredient used in the composition of the product.
