   It helps relieve pain, inflammation and body heat. Helps sleep. I use a few drops of aloe vera gel and also turmeric essential oil. An Ayurvedic doctor told me to use both essential oils together. Camphor also helps flush out toxins, he said. I was initially using the 2 essential oils separately and can vouch that each helps reduce inflammation and greatly improves sleep. Mixing them in an aloe vera gel increases absorption. I used pure turmeric powder and turmeric juice and I was yellow for days and the camphor smell was too strong. In essential oil form, there is no yellowing of the skin, the camphor doesn’t smell so strong, and the potency actually seems to be stronger. This combination is a gift from God for me. It is also beneficial for the skin.

   love the smell of this one, it smells exactly like eucalyptus oil but I found it more soothing, I mean whenever I have trouble breathing or want to catch – this one- this is really powerful. It is very well known for its anti-virus properties and for all types of respiratory disease, which makes it a very special oil for my collection.

   I’m still a huge fan of the Now Food essential oil brand. It is a good quality brand and it suits and benefits people of all ages. Good for daily use. It comes with a nice package and it has different sizes for you to choose from. My advice is to try the smaller size and if you like it a lot you can buy the bigger ones.

   Camphor oil is used with a carrier oil. I use it to massage onto my chest and neck when I feel stuffiness and stuffiness. I use it with peppermint, tea tree oil and a carrier oil for the homemade steam rub. I love that. now it has a slight woody smell but I appreciate it for its medicinal and beauty uses. I recommend this brand and this oil. Still in my healing kit.

   It has a lovely scent. You can use it in an aroma diffuser or dilute it and use it on the skin. This is really good quality oil. It helped soothe headaches and made me feel less stressed. It has natural flavor and has a 100% pure essential oil claim on the packaging.

   really like the richness of the product – the smell is amazing and it’s really high quality. Packaging and delivery impeccable as always. I use a few drops for the steam room or sauna. I really like using it because it calms and relaxes me and makes me feel less stressed. The product is really value for money.

   I mix camphor with coconut oil to make a skin cream and the camphor helps relieve muscle pain. This product also relieves itching from eczema and psoriasis or insect bites. In fact, all mint oils will help relieve the itch, but you need to mix them with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or almond oil so they aren’t as strong.

   literally stand with the bottle open and gently sniff several times. I’m still looking for a diffuser and in the meantime, it works! A good scent and I can smell it through my sinuses into my chest. I had the flu for 2 weeks which turned into a major sinus infection. This camphor relieved me! Very good price too.

   I love the scent of lavender. Use a little, especially with my masks these days – a dot at the bottom of the mask to help with breathing and it’s also soothing. First time trying this brand and the smell is great. I have been using 100% pure essential oils for years. I took a sniff and it smells like what I’m currently using.

    Now the oils are fantastic value and unmatched in price and size. I buy this with eucalyptus and peppermint and do my own steam rub with coconut oil (warning don’t tell others to do this and if using essential oils dilute always and use with care!). Renewal of purchase and essential in my health cabinet!
