My 3 year old son loves this! He will happily ask to eat this every day, it doesn’t taste like fish at all. It’s significantly cheaper than other brands because it’s not cod oil. But I think it’s okay anyway. Convenient to eat (also on the go) unlike those that you have to take with a spoon (liquid form).

DHA plays a role in brain formation, growth and function. It was the highest amount of omega 3 I could find in a children’s supplement. I love that it’s not sweet like some others. It comes in the shape of a fish, so we call them baby shark gummies. My kids ask for it every day. We’ve tried over 5 other brands of DHA in Ecosupplements but my kids rejected them all so I’m very happy to be able to find this one they all love. My son did not like the taste at all. I thought he was being picky so I tried them. It was awful. The only way to take these is to swallow them. Not kiddo friendly.
