Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and d-alpha Tocopherol (from sunflower oil). Contains fish (anchovies). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.

have been buying Now Omega 3 DHA 500 brand for years to support brain and heart health. When I saw they had DHA-1000 I decided to give it a try. I don’t feel any difference between when I started taking DHA-1000 and when I was taking DHA-500, but I guess only time will tell.

was very happy to see an omega 3 supplement that only provided it in DHA form and offered it at such a high level. I wish more brands offered only EPA and DHA variants of their omega 3 supplements. Someone’s situation may only need one or the other or a ratio a massive amount of either… My ophthalmologist suggested I start taking omega 3s in a specific ratio to help protect my eyes/vision. I didn’t understand why/how and didn’t ask. Amazingly, I noticed a drastic increase in my mood. Things don’t get upset as easily and when I get upset, I recover faster than before.
