NOW Foods CoQ10 with Selenium & Vitamin E combines three nutrients in a single convenient softgel. Each serving delivers 50 mg of Coenzyme Q10 alongside meaningful amounts of Vitamin E and Selenium in a lipid-based softgel.
These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring compound found in virtually every cell of the human body and is widely used as a food supplement.
Manufactured by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula uses d-alpha Tocopherol — the natural form of Vitamin E — and L-Selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable organic selenium source. The softgels are suspended in rice bran oil to support the absorption of these fat-soluble nutrients.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
