   A good source of energy. I won’t be buying any more as I didn’t like having to chew on it and the structure of the tablet felt like chalk. This is just my opinion on this product.

   Ideal for people who cannot swallow tablets, pleasant orange flavor and not too sweet. It seems to have helped reduce the frequency of my migraines, but be aware that it is not a miracle supplement.
