   I’ve been through the b vitamin boom I have a terrible tendency to be allergic to supplements especially in the b family which is much worse because I have this gene where you don’t absorb types normal, meaning I’m chronically deficient. Finally, finding one that I could tolerate to stop relying on caffeinated beverages did wonders for my nervous system and energy levels. I love that it has the most widely absorbed versions of all of the b vitamins in one place, the ingredients make it such a simple yet powerful one stop shop.

   Excellent vitamins in coenzyme form! I have become much calmer and can handle stress more easily. I recommend this product ! Cacpoules are small and easy to swallow. Alpha-lipoic acid and coenzyme J-10 boost the effectiveness of these vitamins! I will order more! The product is of high quality. Shelf life is long, packaging and instructions are excellent.

   take vitamin B every day and this co-enzyme B complex is better. this supplement is good for the functioning of my nervous system and my metabolism. Very effective and the potency can be seen days after you start taking it. Gives me more energy every day. The ingredients are natural. I can say the quality is good for the money I paid for the bottle.

   I have a vitamin b12 deficiency and was taking a methylcobalamin vitamin then I found this Now B complex containing the perfect amount of methylcobalamin with vitamin c, CoQ10 and of course other good vitamins without all the bad ingredients. The capsule is a little big but it goes down easily. The price is fair for a good vitamin.

   Contains all the essentials, plus biotin (cobalamin, B12 co-factor), choline (the preform of acetylcholine, important for brain function) and methylfolate (the natural, highly resorbable form which is able to cross the bb-barrier). I take them in split doses and not too late in the evening, as the B-Complex tends to make you more serene.

   Even from the first day I talked about the Co-Enzyme B complex, I felt a noticeable difference. I would describe it as more relaxed and calmer. Sleep has also been an issue for me for a few years now, I have noticed an improvement in that area as well. I take two capsules with my breakfast. and I will continue to take this product.

   This product is loaded! The ingredient list is long and filled with quality. I’ve never had an energy problem, but I feel like this product helps me sustain myself. Plus, by being a “co-enzyme”, it breaks down the brain barrier, so you get the full potency of the ingredients.

   High quality of the good I recommended. It’s really a good product thank you i herb for very fast and good products I bought 60 Veg capsules for a month. The ingredients contained in it are very healthy. When I use this product it really helps me after Covid-19, it is a good product to use and in no time your energy and health will return.

   was taking another brand of b complex and thought it worked well. However, I realized that I never remembered my dreams (symptom of a B6 deficiency) then after changing my diet (less meat) I got sores in my mouth (symptom of a B12 deficiency). I switched to NOW Co-enzyme B-Complex and immediately started remembering my dreams. Also, my nerves seem calmer without the jitters I experienced when I boosted my vitamin B12 with another brand. I no longer have sores in my mouth and I feel calmer.
