I’ve been through the b vitamin boom I have a terrible tendency to be allergic to supplements especially in the b family which is much worse because I have this gene where you don’t absorb types normal, meaning I’m chronically deficient. Finally, finding one that I could tolerate to stop relying on caffeinated beverages did wonders for my nervous system and energy levels. I have a vitamin b12 deficiency and was taking a methylcobalamin vitamin then I found this Now B complex containing the perfect amount of methylcobalamin with vitamin c, CoQ10 and of course other good vitamins without all the bad ingredients. The capsule is a little big but it goes down easily. The price is fair for a good vitamin.
