I’ve been taking it for a few days and what a difference it makes! I feel much less bloated and constipated than before I started using it. I take it first in the morning and then again before bed. I also put it in the fridge after opening it. It says do that on the bottle.

It’s too early for me to review these probiotics as I haven’t started taking them yet. They’re in the fridge, even though the bottle doesn’t say they need refrigeration, but I want to keep them cold until I’m ready to start. I’ve had good results with the Now products, so I think it should be fine.
