   was recommended to use it because I was at risk of becoming pre-diabetic so that I could supplement my diet and compensate for my body’s deficiency. I love the size, it’s easy to swallow, the packaging is eye-catching. I also like the fact that I only need to take it once a day. The quality is excellent too. I couldn’t have found a better product.

   take it because it’s good for diabetes. I help and the size is excellent for the price.. it lasts me several months.. and I heard good reviews about its quality and the package is convenient too. Pill size is good also not very big. It is a good vitamin to add to your daily vitamin intake, especially if you have diabetes.

   I regularly buy this for my dad as it helps him with his type 2 diabetes and he hasn’t complained of any side effects or other digestive issues. it lasts a long time and is excellent value for money. Excellent quality and the size is not large enough to cause swallowing problems. Thanks 🙂

   Now Foods is one of my favorite brands for supplements, the quality is amazing, has a very good composition and price, and has almost all the products I need. This chromium picolinate is excellent, it was prescribed to me to help with my sweet cravings and how it works. The capsule size is smaller than other brands, which I really loved.

   I’m satisfied now that the quality ingredients are good, don’t give me any feedback, you get a lot of benefits from this good mineral composition. These supplements do not leave a bad taste. They come in a good size that can be easily taken, Good packaging try them if you have deficiency symptoms.

   She took comments about decreased appetite. I take more than a week, there is an effect, it does not pull on the sweet. I will drink the course for 2 months at 1 capsule. Then stop for a month and repeat. In parallel, I accept Vitamin C and Omega 3

   I started taking chromium to balance sugar cravings in the evening when I was tired and low on energy. Already the next day I felt a difference. The craving for sugar suddenly disappeared. But a warning: a friend of mine brought to my attention that chromium interferes with RAM sleep by having bad dreams. I confirm that this is so.

    I love that this comes in 250 capsules!! I use it 3 times a day with 1000mg berberine 3 times a day and 500mg turmeric 3 times a day for blood sugar control. I CAN’T take…and I’ve tried MANY times, metformin! NO to NO!! So this combo is amazing and obviously much healthier. I recently added 125mg of ox bile which made a big difference as I don’t have a gallbladder.
