This powder is high quality and I’ve been using it for a while now. I try to drink a smoothie every day and always include 2 tsp of it with 2 tsp of spirulina. I don’t always have enough vegetables in my diet, but it keeps me very regular. Drinking this helps me feel better, especially after partying or when I don’t have the time/energy to prepare nutritious meals.

I opted for the powder version so I could mix it with my daily dose of collagen powder. chlorella effectively eliminates the smell of collagen. smells like wheatgrass if you just drink it with plain water. you can mix it with juice to enhance the taste. please do not mix with coffee or take chlorella at night. best taken 30 minutes before meals for maximum absorption.

love Now Brand products and natural Chlorella is worth it. It is a super food and very good for detoxifying heavy metals. You need to start slow, if your body detoxifies too quickly you may have a reaction. I like to use it in my smoothies.
