Like others, try it because recommended by a Japanese YouTuber who lived in Taiwan. Although it’s not the same brand, it’s nice. And the size of the tablet was not so big as described in the reviews. Just finished a NOW Spirulina review and came to give NOW Chlorella the same two thumbs up!! I take both, and very impressed. NOW Chlorella is the same but different from Spirulina. NOW Chlorella quality is great with price. Tablets are 1000mg taking 5000mg daily, felt improved with energy and exercise. Lots of information on all the benefits of chlorella and spirulina, especially for the “gut/biome”, and I think it’s fantastic for diet.
