   I bought Chitosan to help me with my diet. I don’t take them every day, just on days when I’m going to have a hard meal like a cheat meal full of junk food. I don’t know if it’s helpful for weight loss yet, my goal was not to gain weight even when eating something high in calories, and I can say it does the job, actually. If you look at the ingredient list, you will also see Chromium there, which is a good appetite suppressant. For now, I think it works as a weight control tool. I find the dosage quite large so if you take 3 pills before a meal it’s normal it will help you lose weight as you need to drink plenty of water with it so little food goes into your stomach after all way )) )))

   Since I’m drinking this now with white beans as a starch neutralizer, I can’t tell which one has an effect on me, but I feel like I can’t eat as much as usual, and I already feel full afterwards half the food. Drink this twice a day, and in the morning I drink acv capsules from natural factor like 2 capsules on an empty stomach

   It is a good quality product. Used for the first time for a month. Advantages for me at this time: having a bowel movement twice a day. Energy boost, as it helps with intoxication, my skin has become cleaner. It does not taste bad, the capsule size is not large. I will surely buy it again.

   didn’t know what to expect when I started, but at the risk of IMD, I had horrible IBS symptoms for about 6 years, then found CBD oil, which after About a month of constant use completely solved the pain and cramping issues. Two years later I read about chitosan and its fat binding properties and decided to give it a try. I noticed on day 2 that my mornings were much more comfortable, and uh bulky and uh…much more buoyant. The quality is good. The ingredients are real. The size is acceptable. I found research that showed Crohn’s patients often see relief from chitosan due to its sequestration of fat in the intestines, which made me feel much better as I feared that fat not absorbed by the small intestine does cause problems in the large intestine. I basically take 2-3 pills with a high fat meal to avoid running out of essential fat soluble nutrients.

   This chitosan is from a trusted brand that uses quality ingredients. The dosage suits me and the size is not too big. There is no taste or smell. I would say it benefits me a lot because when I eat fatty foods, which is quite often, I can still lose weight. The results are very obvious.

   Works great for absorbing fat and oil when eating incredible rich meals. You really get an oily bathroom situation, but you know it really works. I find that you don’t need to take the full dose if you don’t eat good super fatty foods. Obvious benefit and seeing that it works. Small size capsules

   Good quality and works like a charm. My son gained weight whenever he ate out too often. With this chitosan, supplement even better with white bean extract. The ingredients of Chitosan are within a healthy range while having a fat absorbing action. The capsule size is just nice. My son is definitely enjoying it. It’s a good product.

   I usually take one to two capsules before having heavy/large meals, or before eating anything fatty (like fast food). So far I haven’t noticed a significant difference, but I think it takes a lot longer to show results. But remember that you should not take any oil-soluble supplements (such as vitamin A, D3 or omega-3, etc.) within 4 hours of taking chitosan, as this will hinder absorption .

    This has quality ingredients to achieve and maintain weight loss. Take it before or after any heavy meal. I think the dosage benefit is most effective at night with plenty of water. It takes away the bloating from a big meal. It can also have a good detox property and keeps me regular.
