Ingredients

Capsule shell: hypromellose (cellulose capsule).

Usage & Dosage

Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
