Vitex is a quality herb and something every menstruating person needs in their arsenal. I love that this supplement also comes with dong quai for more benefits. It helps a lot in bringing your progesterone back to normal levels and fighting estrogen dominance. Not to mention, it helps you regulate your periods without invasive and harmful birth control pills being forced on every woman. Do yourself a favor and take charge of your reproductive health. Don’t let those misogynistic gynecologists slaughter your uterus and fill you with artificial hormones. Make sure to cycle every six months and don’t ride it during your period.

bought this because I had horrible mid cycle mood swings and migraines. Also, cystic acne that just won’t go away! After a month, I started noticing that I wasn’t as irritated as usual. The migraine was just once a month (right before my period) and the acne was clearing up. Now 3 months after taking these pills I feel much better, no migraines yet and no cystic acne. I only have a pimple or two on my chin not where the cysts would appear and they only last 2-3 days without me touching them (they aren’t big). Sooo I’m very happy so far.
