   Vitex is a quality herb and something every menstruating person needs in their arsenal. I love that this supplement also comes with dong quai for more benefits. It helps a lot in bringing your progesterone back to normal levels and fighting estrogen dominance. Not to mention, it helps you regulate your periods without invasive and harmful birth control pills being forced on every woman. Do yourself a favor and take charge of your reproductive health. Don’t let those misogynistic gynecologists slaughter your uterus and fill you with artificial hormones. Make sure to cycle every six months and don’t ride it during your period.

   have seen many advertisements for Flo gummies. I was extremely interested because I have hormonal weight gain, bloating and acne like no other. I started taking them early in my cycle. When my next cycle started, I really didn’t think I was going to start because I didn’t have PMS. I wasn’t too emotional, my clothes were still in shape and I had a pimple. A. Impressive? Yeah. Absolutely. I will continue to take them for sure.

   thought I would give them a try because I was suddenly having unevenness issues. The doctors were no help so I decided to give it a shot. it brought back my period! I didn’t expect it to work so well, but I went from bleeding and having periods that only lasted 2 days, sometimes missing one altogether, to having normal periods of 5-7 days each month. I also used to have really bad hormonal acne which is completely gone now! The only downside I’ve noticed is a lot of cravings, but that’s about it. It might not work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me and I feel so much better.

   Vitex + dong quai is a combined supplement for the normalization of hormonal levels. It is recommended to drink from the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle. Moreover, the supplement improves digestion, bloating disappears and food allergies disappear. When taken for at least 2 months, the varicose veins disappear. I am delighted with the result.    bought this because I had horrible mid cycle mood swings and migraines. Also, cystic acne that just won’t go away! After a month, I started noticing that I wasn’t as irritated as usual. The migraine was just once a month (right before my period) and the acne was clearing up. Now 3 months after taking these pills I feel much better, no migraines yet and no cystic acne. I only have a pimple or two on my chin not where the cysts would appear and they only last 2-3 days without me touching them (they aren’t big). Sooo I’m very happy so far.

   Awesome price, love that it’s both chaste berry and dong quai with no added ingredients. I was going to try the Flo vitamins, but I’m glad I found these instead. They are tasteless and don’t upset my stomach. They appear to be a high quality product!

   I had a hormonal imbalance: high prolactin, low progesterone. As a result, fibroids and ovulation problems. She took Dostinex to reduce prolactin, but the progesterone problem remained. When I switched to the natural preparation vitex, the myoma stopped growing, but to establish ovulation, you need to take a longer course. This drug from the manufacturer is recognized as one of the best in terms of quality. Be blessed! Thank God! Long live Ukraine!

I have only been taking it for about 2 weeks but have noticed improvement and benefit since using the supplement. I like that it is combined with dong quai and doesn’t have a lot of fillers.
