   These work great, I take them for fat burning with food, and have noticed they have been a big help with arthritis issues as well. They are essential for this. I take at least 2 a day with food, (1 with each meal) sometimes more if I ate something fatty or more than usual. Do not take it on an empty stomach or with a light salad, it will burn your guts! Make sure there is enough oil or fat in the food to line the stomach.

   Single ingredient capsule. does the trick. nice cheat to warm you up in winter! good supplement for diet, but worry that it may hurt on the way out!

   You must take it during the meal, not after and certainly not before! Seems to help circulation but still not sure since I started a few days ago.

   Have started taking at least 2 tablets a day as part of a cancer-fighting regimen. I have tried several brands of cayenne and they are more or less the same. This brand offers excellent value for money for the same dosage!

   This was delivered seamlessly as usual. I heard that this product has anti-cancer properties. I had been eating raw chilies for a while. It just makes it more convenient. It also turns out to be cheaper and more concentrated. Thank you Ecosupplements.

    great for pain…a special stuff called Substance PI likes it in food too. cayenne is also protective for the heart and can be used in case of emergency pinching on the lips
