Recommended use:
Take 2 tablets daily with food. Can be taken in divided doses.

Dear who is reading my comment, remember at least one blessing you had today and smile 🙂 It is a good supplement for bones and calcium deficiency specially for old age. The ingredients are high in percentage, so I’m a little cautious using that. Personally, I only take one pill every other day and it was more than enough to improve my mood and sleep quality.
