NOW Boswellia Extract is a standardized extract of Boswellia serrata, also known as Frankincense, a resinous botanical that has been traditionally used by Ayurvedic herbalists for centuries. The bioactive constituents of Boswellia, Boswellic Acids, have been shown in scientific studies to affect key enzymes involved in the maintenance of healthy tissues. Through these mechanisms, Boswellia may help to naturally support the immune system’s balanced response to normal internal metabolic stress, as well as to the typical wear and tear of everyday life.

Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use:
Take 1-2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

I’ve been taking Boswellia for a while now and have noticed a substantial improvement in reducing inflammation, primarily with joint and bowel issues. I am about 3 years away from having a new knee. Daily doses of ibuprofen and acetaminophen upset my stomach. I read another $$$ supplement that had this and now I take 2 in the morning and feel just as good as when I took the ibuprofen.

I’ve been using this brand for about 4 years now and I’m finally getting ready to write a review. I love this product! I take it for osteoarthritis of the knee. It took about 60 days to become fully effective, but wow, what a difference! I take one in the morning and one in the evening, and my knee feels great all the time now. I don’t run, and if I twist, it hurts for a few days, but walking up and down (and down) stairs is painless! So grateful for these pills!

was diagnosed with RA as a toddler and had to be very creative as an adult to find effective pain relief and inflammation management. I take two every morning with my breakfast and find it really helps control the inflammation in my body to steady levels.
