   The packaging is perfect and of course it arrived quickly. The only thing that doesn’t matter to me is that I have to take so many capsules a day. But, they are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I’m 80 and a bone density test showed I had osteopenia so I’m taking this to support my bones and teeth. I love the perks!

   I have been taking Now Bone Strength for over 15 years. I had a couole of bone scans and they were great, although I’m 52 I think it will help ward off osteoarthritis etc as I get older. A few times over the years I burped after taking and dust came out my nose like a dragon lol I was with my parents when it happened. They always tell the story lol. They are not large capsules and they are easy to swallow.

   For me, MCHA works better than traditional calcium, after taking bone strength for two months, my hip bone no longer has a cracking sound.

   We used to take another brand but they are out of stock. Saw Now’s Bone Strength and was on sale. Reviews from other users were good and its cost was also lower than what we used to buy. Bought the NOW Bone Strength to try…just started with these…we don’t feel any difference and so good will probably continue with these.

   The quality is good for the price and quantity of this product. The benefit can be felt in harder and firmer nails even after a short time. My knees seem to be getting better as I can run longer distances. The composition is good because it contains many bone-strengthening ingredients. It’s good for all ages

   I have a periodontist problem. Even after deep cleaning my teeth are so soft, with vitamin k2, d3, I take this calcium for about 3 months, my teeth have become much stronger. I have bone loss below the gum line, I will have an x-ray to check if the bone loss is reversed after 6 months

   this supplement provides 48% of the recommended daily allowance of calcium, along with amounts of phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, and manganese. it also provides 83% of the RDA of vitamin D3, which is good to take with calcium. however, no FDA-approved studies have evaluated whether these supplements improve “bone health.”

   fabulous fantastic I love boron, but be careful not to get too much phosphorus in your diet. It is necessary for the bones, but if you consume too much of it, it extracts calcium from the bones.

   I am in my 60s and developed osteoporosis probably during menopause, and have started taking several supplements to minimize the deterioration. I saw that this product has essential bone building supplements in one. I love that I can take a break from my half dozen individual supplements and use this compound formula.

    I recently started taking the Bone Strength supplement to help with my bone issues and I’m really happy with the results so far. The supplement contains natural ingredients such as vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and can already feel the difference in my overall bone health benefit. The tablets are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste or smell.
