   My girlfriend recommended that I add it to my daily diet. I find that while others around me catch colds, I am not. Excellent supplement for your immune system. And NOW Foods is a rigorously tested brand, so you know it’s a quality product. With concerns about Covid, I think this is a good product to add to daily supplementation.

   I get recurring sinus infections every fall and really wanted something to take alongside the antibiotics (which never seem to really get rid of the problem all together.) I started them about a week ago and the heavy yellow mucus in my sinuses are now clear. Completely unblocked my sinuses. I will be buying another bottle since I read that black seed oil also has many benefits which will make it a new staple in my vitamin regimen.
