can’t take HRT. I had severe night sweats due to peri menopause, took red clover after 2 weeks off, continued taking then hourly night sweats a year later. I tried black cohosh twice a day and within a few days the sweats were gone and I felt better. I take both together. Nature is amazing, if you have hot flashes, take red clover and wait a week or two for full effect.

no positive results!! so far this product isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do, I regularly purchase NOW Brand products and find them good quality, perhaps just a personal things with her body & hormones?
I will continue to purchase NOW Brand products, would be really happy if this stuff stops her hot flashes, but so far?? Nothing 🙁
BTW, wife is 48 years old and in misery with those hot flashes, she will continue using and we will Pray for positive results.

I have been taking black cohosh for three years for hot flashes. This brand has worked the the most consistently, though one jar didn’t work as well when I got to the last few doses. I am limited to soy free brands. Black cohosh does have to be taken for six weeks before you’ll see results and if you stop for a week, you’ll have about six weeks again before results are seen. I can tell you that from experience.
