Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), natural Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (Rhizome/Root), Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (Leaf), Iron (from Ferrous Bisglycinate) (Ferrochel), Folate DFE, Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin)
Other ingredients:
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

I’m a big fan of this iron and mineral blend that NOW Foods has put together! I was lacking in iron and the vitamin C, folate and other minerals brought my body back to life! This supplement contains Vitamin C to help with iron absorption, including Dong Quai to improve. It replenishes red blood cells for women after menstruation and also increases a bit of energy in general, especially for those who are suffering from iron deficiency. Packaging is good, no damage from Ecosupplements. This is a capsule form, but there is also a small round tablet from the Now brand that is not sold through Ecosupplements. I don’t know the reason.
