   have been using Biotin for about 3 months now and the results have been a remarkable improvement! Bigger, longer, stronger hair that grows faster than I’ve ever experienced.    If you are looking for a solid collagen builder, this will definitely work for you. The hair and nails of mine and my companions improved a lot in 2 weeks. I strongly suggest this extra strength over normal as not everything gets digested which will get the results you are looking for. 2 inches for this product! Amazing price for the quality.

   I’ve been using this 10 mg Biotin for close to a year mainly for my finger nails. 30+ years of acrylic nails ruined my nail beds. I had been taking a lower dosage of the Biotin for 5 plus years While the lower dosage helped it was not getting my nails healthy. Once I decided to try a higher daily dosage I could see real improvement. I highly recommend this 10mg Biotin for anyone who needs healthier nails. I have also had a lot of new hair growth.

   We all need to take plenty of biotin, it helps maintain a good balance of git flora as it prevents candida from being able to establish itself in the gut by attaching itself there. Many more people than you might think have a poor balance of gut bacteria due to the fact that most people consume a good amount of sugar and carbohydrates.

    after giving birth, my hair started to fall out dramatically. even though i didn’t touch my hair, i lost clumps of hair. then I bought biotin and started having it. it has no particular taste, which is why it is easy to swallow. in addition I have a problem with my skin especially in winter, it becomes dry. after a week I noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. not only the packaging, but also the size is comfortable.

    This product really works. I first ordered Biotin a year ago because I wanted to support my hair all winter long. I drank as a cure for 2 months and it really helps.
