I’ve been using this 10 mg Biotin for close to a year mainly for my finger nails. 30+ years of acrylic nails ruined my nail beds. We all need to take plenty of biotin, it helps maintain a good balance of git flora as it prevents candida from being able to establish itself in the gut by attaching itself there.
