hadn’t realized the many benefits of beet root until I tried this. It is especially useful for those who train or play sports for its nitric oxide boosting abilities, which helps improve blood flow and improves vascularity. Sometimes maybe too much. I take other supplements that have blood thinning properties (green tea extract, resveratrol, curcumin extract), and it seemed to give me a headache when I took it with them – and that was with just one capsule. Now I just take them several hours a game, and that has mostly solved the problem.

Excellent beet root supplement. Other brands have caused stomach problems at 1 capsule per day. I have taken this brand for 2-3 capsules a day with no problems. Really good for lowering blood pressure. Will buy again…
