   Very high quality. This is my second purchase and I will continue to add alpha lipoic acid to my rejuvenation protocol. The bottle size is very adequate for its price and it seems that the active ingredient is present in a very high percentage in each pill.    year ago, I had a numbness in my body going from a long sitting position to the point of fainting. After researching, I found out that the deficiency of this acid causes numbness in the body due to inflammation of the central nervous system, and after using it for three days, the numbness disappeared. This acid is very important for people with diabetes and they use insulin needles to protect their nerves from infection in all parts of the body. I strongly advise diabetics to use acid to protect their nerves from eye damage, for example. It also regulates blood sugar. They can take one 300 mg tablet per day.    Another great quality product from now on. Alpha-lipoic is excellent for the immune system and a precursor to vitamin c. The tablet size is easy to swallow. My daughter and I take first thing in the morning; better on an empty stomach. Parcel arrived in good condition. Not a medical opinion. I notice a difference in my skin since taking it.

   The quality is very good. This supplement has helped me extremely well with polyneuropathy. My feet were numb and sore at the same time. I took 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. Now I have no more complaints. As a precaution, I am currently taking a 250 mg capsule. The taste is neutral. The capsule size is small and easy to swallow. I can highly recommend.
