   I have been using these vitamins for over 3 weeks. I have noticed improvements in my strength and energy level. I now have the stamina to work harder and get better results without feeling tired or sluggish. However, it’s only been a few days, so this is only a first report.

   This brand has a very long tradition in the manufacture of natural supplements. The capsules are small, easy to swallow. They contain highly concentrated aloe vera extract obtained from natural aloe vera. Sometimes I open them (a bit harder to open with teeth) and apply them to my skin. According to some research, dietary aloe vera supplementation improves wrinkles and facial elasticity.

   I love aloe vera products but have not been able to get my Ecosupplements liquid I was getting for many years so I tried the softgels and love them. So easy to take first thing in the morning, don’t have to drink with juice.

   I take 2 in the a.m. for all the wonderful G.I. and skin benefits. The “softgels” are not soft at all. They should be called hardgels. They are small and meant to be ingested, so you can’t poke them with a pin if you need some topical aloe.

   Very good aloe vera gels. My digestive problems are noticeably less. I recommend aloe vera. It’s not always possible for me to buy real aloe vera and cut it into pieces. Then I take the capsules (it’s easier). I alternate between real aloe vera and capsules

    I am a patient with interstitial cystitis. Aloe vera has a reputation for helping this condition. I bought a small bottle to try it out. I think it worked for me. I feel less pain. This is my second time buying it, but a bigger bottle. I hope this can help me in the long term without any damage to my liver or kidneys.

    Aloe Vera has a big place in Ayurveda, it is considered a soothing Pitta (extra heat). When I eat a lot of spicy food, I take one before sleeping, it saves me heartburn while I sleep. It also cleanses your liver, which cools it down, improving your digestion and emotional well-being. Now the food quality is always on top

    usually drink fresh aloe vera for energy and my stomach lining, but taking the pills is more convenient. This one is really high quality with olive oil in the ingredients for absorption. I take it first thing in the morning and it gives me a great start to my day. The capsules are a good size to swallow.

    My husband and I started using the NOW aloe vera gels about six months ago as our regular go-to has been out of stock even longer. Very happy with the results. We found that it’s most effective when taken upon awakening and about 1 hour before breakfast. I would think that taken before bed and about two hours after eating might also work well.
