   Love this quality, pure NOW brand powder with no other additives. The taste is sour and I like it, gives an energy boost in the morning. I also give a small amount to my dog for his heart health as he has a heart murmur. The package is a decent size that will last a long time.

   it tastes salty. it dissolves very well in drinks, but do not dissolve it in milk because it curdles the milk!! I have trouble swallowing pills so I took this carnitine powder. the shipment arrived very quickly

   bought this for muscle health as I have had muscle loss since I haven’t been active after recovering from some health issues on and off for two years and tenderness every time I do anything, even slightly tiring. Looking to stop losing muscle mass. I add it to smoothies (I use spinach, a quarter of a carrot, a piece of raw beetroot, a banana and some frozen blueberries, crushed walnuts (LSA mix), flaxseed meal, glutamine powder, carnitine powder, vanilla protein powder and now this apple fiber too And filtered water I can’t taste the powders at all except the protein which gives it a nice vanilla fruit smoothie flavor.I also bought some leucine powder to take for muscle repair when I think muscles might be sore the next day.Best way to start the day, after a big glass of lukewarm water and a wait of about half an hour of course!

   Pay attention first of all to the dosage!! The first few times I accidentally took too much and felt absolutely naughty. However, I took a smaller amount later and FINALLY got the smooth energy boost people claim ALCAR gives. Oh. And yes. Taste is a whole process; it has a sharp flavor that is very difficult to manage. I just throw it in a glass of hot coffee and down it instantly. Would I recommend it? No, but better than ruining a perfectly good smoothie with the taste. Anyway yes I am happy with this product and value for the price. I still have my doubts about NOW, but I think their supplements have been very consistent in their benefits for me.

   Yes, I feel energy. And I prefer to take it naked – just with pure water – without juice or other additives. The package was great. However, when shelving, the powder tightens. I haven’t lost a single gram either )) Just take it for some energy, but don’t expect to lose weight!

   The quality I think is the best. Due to the acetyl form. The ingredients are clear. Nothing excessive. Perfect package size, easy to use. Benefits – better training performance. Use it for pre-workout. And the energy also increased. The taste is very sour. It is absolutely necessary to capsule this powder. Ideal for smoothies with sweet fruits.

   Great to find this product with guaranteed quality ingredient, package includes 2 sachets of silica but still clogs, no big deal over fillers in pills, as I’ve been taking for years. I have it at bedtime with the fiber, trans-resveratrol and other all-in-one powders with one ingredient with water. Useful for the brain because it crosses the blood-brain barrier, and it’s one of my must-have brain stores. Would probably absorb much better in the mouth but it’s quite a bitter taste and I try to avoid things that are too active around the teeth. It resembles vitamin QualiC C, in the form of transparent crystals. It ends pretty quickly, the tube looks big but there isn’t much product in it, it’s heavier than a fluffy powder.

    I’m happy to steer clear of fillers and capsules, for me pure single-ingredient quality powders with trusted certification are ideal to mix into a single drink. This powder is very fine, smells slightly acidic but ok, it tastes like vitamin C, it has hardened a bit in the packaging but it dissolves quickly. It is easy to increase the dose. For bedtime I mix it with l-citrulline and vitamin C powders and I also supplement with phosphatidylserine as they both cross the blood-brain barrier and control homocysteine levels which benefit brain function, energy and heart, and immunity, helping inflammation and myelin regeneration. I have a sleeping problem and this blend gives me nightly rest and energy for the next day so I can control hunger and weight, have better concentration and am no longer a zombie sleepwalker. Dissolved in water, it has a better effect than capsules for me, without feeling heavy when taking several pills at once. Research on LC and ALC show a positive impact on neurodegenerative disorders through their actions primarily on primary metabolism, enhancing energy production through β-oxidation, despite reduced utilization of energy-rich long-chain fatty acids in brain energy metabolism. Absorption of LC appears to be impaired in the elderly due to a decrease in its active transport, making CLA a more effective, simple, economical, and safe adjuvant option, but I also supplement LC the morning for muscle energy. Used for the whole family, it ended quite quickly, I would like a bigger size pack.
