   Excellent product for overall health. I would suggest giving any probiotic a few months before you notice the difference. Always stay away from white sugars and white carbs. Try eating clean while healing or using probiotic supplements and it will make a BIG DIFFERENCE

   I suffered from constipation, but this probiotic has helped my gut health. My digestion has improved and the best thing is that I’m more regular. If you suffer from constipation, this is the supplement for you.

   I have been using this bifidus and acidophilus peobiotic for several years. In my opinion, along with a healthy diet and exercise, this probiotic has helped ward off viral infections such as the flu, colds, and SARS. At the very least, this probiotic helps me maintain healthy gut flora.

   like the good quality of NOW products and the fact that it is 8 billion Acidolpihilus with Bifidus. I take one a day. I used to suffer from cold sores and mouth sores, but since taking this supplement, I rarely get them either. Plus, it helps digestion!

   The quality is quite good and the ingredients and sizes are suitable for Hongkongers. It benefits our gut, bowel, etc. Which can improve the collagen we absorbed, and it tastes extremely perfect. The package is fine with us.

   Consuming this for almost a year now, my IBS has improved a lot. My heartburn has gone down a lot and digestion has improved significantly, so the absorption of vitamins and minerals from my diet has improved dramatically, which can be seen in my blood tests. One of the best bacteria for your intestines, it has helped me a lot with my constipation. Now I take L-carnitine with this probiotic on an empty stomach, so I feel less irritated than before.

    We don’t take any probiotics with over 10 billion strains due to gut issues. This one was a good price and works great.
