Ultimate Omega-D3 is supplied in soft gel form, with 120 soft gels per container, providing 60 servings of 2 soft gels each. Each serving provides 1280 mg of total omega-3s, including 650 mg EPA and 450 mg DHA, along with 25 mcg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, vitamin D3 from cholecalciferol and olive oil, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.

The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and may have been manufactured on the same processing line as products containing fish, tree nuts, gluten, peanut and/or soy derivatives. It states no milk derivatives or artificial colors or flavors, and is labeled gluten free and lactose free.
