Complete Omega Junior is supplied as mini soft gels, with 90 soft gels per container and 45 servings of 2 soft gels each. Each serving provides 10 calories, 1 g total fat, 0.2 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat, and 283 mg total omega-3s, including 135 mg EPA, 90 mg DHA and 58 mg other omega-3s. Each serving also provides 120 mg omega-6s (including 35 mg GLA) and 115 mg omega-9s.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
