NatureWorks Swedish Bitters from Nature’s Way is a liquid preparation based on a Proprietary Extract Blend, presented in a 250 ml bottle.

The blend is a water/alcohol extract made from a combination of botanical ingredients, as listed below, with water and alcohol as the carrier ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1-2 teaspoons (tsp) daily. Shake well before using. Not for use in children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use.
