Mega-Zyme is supplied in tablet form, with 100 tablets per container. Serving size is 2 tablets, giving 50 servings per container. Each serving provides pancreatic enzymes (361 mg, with USP units of activity of Amylase 81,250 USP, Protease 81,250 USP and Lipase 6,500 USP), along with Trypsin 75 mg, Papain 50 mg, Bromelain 16 mg, Amylase 10 mg, Lipase 10 mg and Chymotrypsin 2 mg. Total carbohydrate per serving is less than 1g.

Other ingredients are cellulose, potassium bicarbonate, lactose monohydrate, stearic acid, hypromellose, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, glycerin and silica. The label states the product contains milk and sulfites, and contains no artificial colors.

Directions

To support digestion, adults take 2 tablets up to three times a day, before each meal. To relieve occasional muscle soreness and discomfort due to overexertion and exercise, take 2 tablets three times a day between meals. Not formulated for children.
