Natures Way Magnesium Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 100 capsules per container, providing 50 servings of 2 capsules each. Each 2-capsule serving provides 500 mg of magnesium, sourced from magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide.

The capsule shell is plant-derived (hypromellose). The remaining ingredients are cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. The label states the product contains no wheat, corn, soy, dairy, gelatin, or artificial colors or flavors, and is gluten free.

Directions
