A serving of 2 gummies provides Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, Vitamin B6, folate, Vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, calcium, phosphorus and iodine, along with a Superfood Antioxidant Powder Blend of carrot, pomegranate extract, blueberry, spinach and apple extract.

The non-medicinal ingredients are sucrose, glucose syrup, purified water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavors, and vegetable and fruit juice colors.
