Natures Way Alive! Garden Goodness for Women is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per container, providing 30 servings of 2 tablets each. Each 2-tablet serving contains 1,400 mg of an organic veggie and fruit blend, made up of organic kale, açaí, raspberry, apple, mango, blueberry, carrot, cranberry, strawberry, elderberry and sweet cherry, along with 100 mcg of lutein from Aztec marigold flower extract.

Other ingredients include organic tapioca dextrose, organic carnauba wax, organic maltodextrin, gelatin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil and organic guar gum. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, artificial colors, and artificial flavors, and notes that it contains gelatin and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Directions
