The tablets contain a Veggie & Fruit Blend of organic kale, açaí, raspberry, apple, mango, blueberry, carrot, cranberry, strawberry, elderberry and sweet cherry, totaling 1,400 mg per serving. Each serving also provides 600 mcg of lycopene from tomato extract and 100 mcg of lutein from Aztec marigold extract, flower, along with vitamins A, C, D3, E, K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, and the minerals calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium and molybdenum, each at 100% or more of the Daily Value except vitamin A at 100% DV.
