Per 2-tablet serving it provides Vitamin A (3,000 mcg), Vitamin C (250 mg), Vitamin D3 (20 mcg), Vitamin E (100 mg), Thiamin (80 mg), Riboflavin (80 mg), Vitamin B12 (40 mcg) and Magnesium (420 mg), along with a Antioxidant Activity Blend (395 mg) containing Inositol, Taurine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Quercetin, Betaine HCl, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Rutin and L-Carnitine, and a Plant-Powered Herbal Blend (200 mg) containing Cinnamon (bark) and Fenugreek (seed).
