   My wife uses this quality product every day. Her midwives suggested she use it during pregnancy as a source of magnesium. The taste is delicious and it has many benefits such as sleep improvement and muscle control alone with maintai.

   I’ve been using this product for years and find it to be a very effective way to ensure I get a regular dose of magnesium. I add it to my Bob’s Red Mill natural Creamy Buckwheat Hot Cereal that I have for breakfast.

   After researching types of magnesium, I found this to be one of the most bioavailable. It’s also the most affordable I’ve found too. This is the only CALM powder flavor I can tolerate (I’ve tried them all). I really notice the difference

   Such a great supplement! You can feel it working hours after drinking. He advises taking it gradually but I’ve never had a negative reaction to taking the whole teaspoon. The taste is citrus and it is fizzy for a few minutes, less if you advertise

   Magnesium is a good mineral supplement. I take it with lukewarm water at night before sleeping and it relaxes me and helps relieve stress. The orange flavor is great too. It’s not too sweet and the price is very affordable. Packaging

   it seems to help with sleep, muscle aches and indigestion. a good price for a lot of powder. it lasts a while. All calm products are a little acidic.

    Very good absorption because it is magnesium citrate. Good taste. I dissolve it in a little hot water (I read somewhere that it’s better that way) then I add cold water to make it drinkable. Highly recommended product.
