   I had a blood test that showed my liver enzymes were elevated and I needed a quality supplement that would help detoxify my liver. Absorption of this milk thistle helped with enzymes and bile. They have no taste, are large in size, important ingredients and I have noticed the benefits. The packaging is nice and simple.

   bought this for my younger sister who has liver problems due to hepatitis and was almost constantly sick. But since she started taking this supplement for almost a year now, her health has become 55% more stable and she says she could feel the difference in her body too. This natrol milk thistle is life changing. She used other types of milk thistle before I bought her this one, but they weren’t as effective as this one.

   Very good. The ingredient and quality of this milk thistle supplement is very good. The capsule size is ok, I can still swallow it. There are benefits and improvements and good effects since I took this. Taste ? Don’t taste it.. you have to swallow it

   I always take it after drinking alcohol to help protect the liver from damage. Milk thistle has anti-inflammatory properties, so it may also help reverse some of the free radical damage associated with alcohol and help the liver better metabolize toxins. It’s known to have a protective and regenerative effect on liver cells, so I think it’s a must for everyone, but I won’t take it every day to avoid an overdose.

   Excellent product for liver health. I can see the difference after 2 weeks of use – my gut feels better, my mood is better, my skin is not as sensitive as usual and it also helps with hormonal balance. Natrol is a trusted brand and I like the quality of their products.

    It’s not just milk thistle! In the ingredients you also get dandelion root, black radish root, burdock root, parsley root and ginger extract for better absorption and effect! This is to support your liver health and detoxification. I haven’t been using it long enough for the benefits to be seen but I think it is doing something! I found the packaging very good and compact, the label is easy to read. The quality is excellent. The pills are vegetarian capsules with the powder inside. The size is not too big to swallow. I didn’t, but could you possibly open it for the powder and use it as a tea? I don’t see why given the ingredient list, although better research might be needed. I would recommend it to others and it is my favorite milk thistle due to the extra ingredients.
